City of Mayfield, KY

In December 2021, a devastating EF4 tornado ripped through the town of Mayfield, severely damaging or destroying all the city facilities and leveling the entire downtown area. Our firm was brought on to assist them with their recovery. During the last 18 months, we have provided them with guidance and services to support their recovery. We have worked closely with community leaders and citizens to meet their specific recovery needs. We attended town hall meetings and continue to attend City Council meetings to ensure that all stakeholders maintain clear lines of communication across all aspects of rebuilding.

Long-term Recovery Plan, Bay County, FL

Bay County was severely impacted by Category Five Hurricane Michael in October of 2018. One of the first firms hired by the County was The Integrity Group. We were tasked to provide staffing to support and lead the Bay County Long-Term Recovery Task Force. The Task Force was comprised of officials from all municipalities and the School District. Integrity’s focus was on the development of our Long-term Recovery Plan which was used to support the successful pursuit of FEMA and HUD CDBG-DR funding which totaled over $800 million across the County.

City of Springfield Florida

In October 2018, the City of Springfield faced complete devastation due to Hurricane Michael, losing all of its municipal buildings, including City Hall, the Police and Fire departments, and more. In response to this catastrophe, The Integrity Group was enlisted to manage FEMA PA and CDBG-DR initiatives. They have since worked closely with the city, securing over $35 million in FEMA grants, with a significant portion allocated for a new Consolidated City Complex. The Integrity Group also helped secure additional grants, including $1.6 million in HMGP projects and a $1.14 million state grant. Furthermore, they successfully facilitated the awarding of $3.1 million for infrastructure and an additional $5 million for citywide improvements.

Hinds County, MS

Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) implementation, Hinds County has offered emergency relief to eligible tenants and landlords. The Integrity Group (TIG) was contracted to develop, implement, administer, and verify full compliance with all regulations for the Hinds County Emergency Rental Aid Program (HCERA). Funding is provided directly through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program to the Hinds County Board of Supervisors. HCERA has made nearly $15 million available to assist Hinds County households that have been unable to pay rent due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Upon the completion of ERA1 spending and in addition to their initial allotment, Hinds County was able to receive a portion of Treasury’s reallocated funds, consequently allowing more funding to be dispersed to those financially impacted.

Northstar Church, Panama City, FL

The Integrity Group assisted NorthStar Church in its recovery from Hurricane Michael. Our team worked with the applicant to identify and capture damages and costs associated with the Church’s three locations. We guided and assisted with all FEMA projects, attending weekly meetings, site inspections, and maneuvering through the FEMA 428 processes to ensure the greatest financial return.
