Teresa serves as a Compliance Officer for The Integrity Group and is actively involved in the company’s service offerings through Blue Sky Florida; Detail Prime (Secondary Duty Services); and Capital Assurance Professionals (corporate & governmental compliance services).

Teresa retired as a Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Tallahassee Resident Agency, in late 2017. Overall her career with the FBI spanned over 21 years of service in several divisions and FBI Headquarters. Special Agent Ladner managed and participated in an array of complex investigations, intelligence and other compliance validation tasks related to terrorism, public corruption, civil rights violations, federal grants fraud and other complex crime issues. Her work in Florida included a number of criminal investigations with violations related to U.S. Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant Funding (CDBG). Due to her outstanding knowledge of federal guidelines and the myriad of potential problem areas with federal and state grants, she currently provides compliance monitoring to ensure full compliance with all aspects of funding, and develops compliance plans for award recipients.

Ms. Ladner has extensive FBI training and experience in crisis management and preparedness, and served as a Crisis Management Coordinator for several field offices. In this role, she responded to and provided crisis management leadership and administrative oversight of several large-scale man-made and natural disasters, including, but not limited to the East African Embassy Bombings, TWA-800, 1996 Olympic Park bombing, 9/11, active shooter situations, and the Pulse Night Club shooting. She also served as a Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator wherein she provided preparedness and target hardening training for first responders, public and private sector, as well as target rich industries.

Ms. Ladner’s interpersonal skills are best noted by her appointment as the primary FBI briefer for former FBI Director Robert Mueller III, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Secretary of the U.S. Department of Interior. She was also appointed as the FBI liaison to the United Nations.

Prior to the FBI, Ms. Ladner was an Inspector with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, giving her a total of 26 years of federal law enforcement experience.
