Shawna has been with The Integrity Group for one year as an administrative support specialist for DR-4138 (PAAP) project and Recovery Project Specialist for DR-4399 Hurricane Michael. She is a detail oriented professional with over 14 years of combined government and disaster recovery experience working with local law enforcement, state and federal agencies, legislature, and elected officials.

She is a motivated professional, skilled at building strong working relationships with fellow staff, supervisors, and community members. Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal procurement procedures. Experience with grant writing, professional service contract negotiations, project management, damage assessments, project development, grant management, final reconciliations, and closeouts.

She worked at the subgrantee level for 5 years as Program Manager in the recovery efforts for DR-4138 Public Assistance Alternative Procedures Program (PAAP) and DR-4177 Florida severe storms, tornadoes, straight line winds and flooding totaling nearly $24,000,000.00 in FEMA Disaster Recovery Funds, Program Manager for DR-4177 Hazard Mitigation projects, program manager for (4399) Hurricane Michael, and administrative support specialist for county community development block grants (CDBG).
