Sean Grady has been with The Integrity Group as a Recovery Specialist since mid-2020. Specializing in the areas of grant, and project management in the FEMA Public Assistance Grant Program for the State of Florida. Before joining the Integrity Group, Mr. Grady worked as a state contractor for FDEM, assisting with payment processing, small and large project closeout, and validation review for hurricane’s Matthew, Irma, and Michael. Working with 50+ subgrantees on 300+ projects to navigate the myriad of federal and state regulations from the reimbursement process through final closeout. In his time at The Integrity Group, Mr. Grady has focused on hurricane Michael recovery, working with 5-6 sub-grantees/local clients on projects in excess of $10 million dollars. Mr. Grady is organized, detail oriented, and works well both independently and on team.
