Mike serves as a Senior Consultant for The Integrity Group and is actively involved in the company’s service offerings through Blue Sky Florida (Emergency Mgt.); Detail Prime (Secondary Duty Services); and Capital Assurance Professionals (corporate & governmental compliance services).

Mike is a diversified and progressive Law Enforcement Executive with over 38 years of law enforcement experience. He has served in senior administrator with over 23 years of supervision experience involved in hiring/labor relations, staffing, organizational development, and a proven track record in command function and administration. His strengths include being involved with organizational, creation, development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures. A creative, resourceful member of management, Mike has proven strong leadership qualities and understands the value of team building and promoting collegial atmosphere among the work force.

After serving 21 years with the FDLE, Mike became the Chief of Police in Coconut Groove, FL. As Chief of Police, Mike had oversight of 142 sworn and non-sworn members of the Coconut Creek Police Department. During his time there, he was responsible for a 34% overall reduction in crime and tripled the size of the Police Explorer Program along with the expansion of the community Involvement programs that targeted civilian awareness, involvement and safety.

From 2015 to May of 2018, Mike served as Head of Global Corporate Security for Burger King Corporation. His responsibilities included risk analysis of all corporate location, travel risk assessment and arrangement of security for executives of Restaurant Brands International, Burger King, Tim Horton and Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen Corporations during international travel. Mike planned site convention security along with personal security for the executive team and developed internal security protocols for Burger King Corporation.
