Melinda McAlpin has been with The Integrity Group as a Recovery Specialist since early 2019. Specializing in the areas of financial, grant, and project management in the FEMA Public Assistance Grant Program for the State of Florida. Ms. McAlpin’s background includes extensive experience in payroll, accounting, and insurance. In her time at The Integrity Group, Ms. McAlpin has worked on over 10 recovery grants during 3 federally declared disasters with an estimated value of $15 million. Ms. McAlpin has worked with 6-7 sub-grantees/local clients. She prides herself on being efficient and detail oriented, as well as being an advocate for her clients.
