Ken serves as a Senior Consultant for The Integrity Group and is actively involved in the company’s service offerings through Blue Sky Florida (Emergency Mgt.); Detail Prime (Secondary Duty Services); and Capital Assurance Professionals (corporate & governmental compliance services).

Ken has worked in the law enforcement field for the last 35 years in numerous capacities. He worked as a sworn law enforcement officer for the Florida Highway Patrol for over 30 years before retiring in 2014. His FHP service includes both field command and headquarters management positions.

After retiring from FHP, Ken has successfully provided consulting services to clients and also operates another business in the private sector, helping to provide services to law enforcement agencies across Florida.

Since 2015, Ken has helped manage the American Association of State Troopers, a 501(c)(5) charitable organization providing benefits to state troopers nationwide, and American Association of State Troopers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides scholarships to the children of state trooper association members nationwide. Ken has served as both Executive Director and Business Development Director.
