​Kelly supports disaster recovery services in Technical Writing and Project Management for The Integrity Group. With three years experience in the FEMA Public Assistance Program and over 15 years experience in Technical Consulting, Financial, Construction and Project Management, Kelly has worked with both state and federal agencies on Contingency Planning, Community Cohesion and Grant Pursuit. Specializing in the design of Strategic Response Planning and Funding Assessment, she has aided local governmental agencies in the development of Operating Budgets, Compliance Guidance, and Response Measures for domestic emergencies and natural disasters; to include, mutual aid for flooding, tornadoes and hurricanes.

Most recently overseeing the development of Health and Human Services projects and grant identification to leverage funding for Hurricane Michael, Kelly has identified and connected over 45 projects for Bay County under eight federal and state grant agencies. She is currently supporting the development of local guidance for the pursuit of the Community Development Block Grant, Disaster Recovery funding for the City of Springfield, along with pursuit of additional grants through the Rural Development U.S. Department of Agriculture. Her skill set also includes an extensive background in upper level project management, team leadership and supervision, which accompanies her experience as an Air Force Officer.
