Julio has worked in the Emergency Management field for over eleven years, beginning in 2007 as a member of the Florida Division of Emergency Management.  During this time, Julio has worked on fifteen Presidentially-declared disaster events and is experienced in all phases of Public Assistance Response and Recovery—from damage assessments; to project development; to final inspections and closeouts.  Julio has personally worked on over 500 large FEMA PA projects with an estimated value exceeding $200 million.  He has significant experience in the area of disaster debris (Category A), emergency protective measures (Category B) and all infrastructure projects (Categories C-G).
