Fedja Mihajlovic joined The Integrity Group in November of 2020 as a Grants Administrator. Since joining, he has worked on various COVID-19 related individual, business, and non-profit related relief programs authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, Consolidated Appropriations Act, and the American Rescue Plan Act in both Florida and Mississippi.

In his role as a Grants Administrator, Fedja works closely with applicants to ensure applications are received in their entirety and to process them in an efficient and effective manner. Fedja’s experience ranges from working in a professional development role with a state healthcare agency (AHCA) to maintaining extensive patient records for a private ABA therapy organization (Proud Moments ABA). Fedja is a quick learner that can manage large amounts of data and documentation with painstaking attention to detail and organization. With a passion for helping people, Fedja will go the extra mile to assist folks in need and will do so with an emphasis on a positive customer service experience.

Fedja earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology in 2015 at Florida State University with honors (Magna Cum Laude).
