Mrs. Ppool is an experienced Federal Grant Director with over ten years of experience managing federal grants for the State of Florida. She has served in various roles and lead teams to ensure grant compliance, distribution of funds and management of grant funded projects. As a Grant Manager for the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grants, she managed funding totaling $915 million, which covered multiple disasters all over Florida from 2005 through Hurricane Irma.
